Hello everyone this is my first post here on reddit. I hope everyone is staying safe during these hard times.
I’m a 22 male, about 114 pounds, about 5’11. Has far as I could remember I always been in this range. I decided to change, I always hated being skinny, I made a gym membership. It’s been about a month. I’m getting stronger but I’m not seeing improvement with my body, I realized that it’s very important having a healthy diet, but I just don’t know where to start, I just moved out so I’m living alone, I’m trying to organize my meal plans but I genuinely have no idea where to start. Anyone has advice what to eat, I’m looking for like a plan to make for myself, if anyone could put me on the right path, I’ll genuinely appreciate it!
