Ok, as the title says I'm 27 and I've been trying to gain weight as long as I remember and have never really been too successful. Unfortunately due to covid I have moved into a van, but this has led to me consistently going to the gym to shower. So I just need to add proper eating to the gym, but I'm really struggling to do that whilst having limited cooking facilities and literally zero appetite due to mental health. I dont really want to go the junk food route (which is unfortunately the current one due to convenience) but im unsure how else to go.
