Morning 800 calorie protein shake 30g protein

Immediately Post workout 20g protein bar 280 cal

Once home Omelette- 150 cal Oatmeal (homemade)- 150 cal Same protein shake 800 calories 30g protein

2.5 hours later 1300 cal protein shake 60g protein

2.5 hour later Ramen noodles(homemade seasoning) -200 cal Chicken – roughly 200/300 cal

Whenever hungry again- Ramen noodles (homemade seasoning) 200 cal

800 280 150 150 800 1300 200 200 200 ————- 4,080 cal

140g protein
