88 pounds, 20 years old

Hey guys I was wondering if anyone can help me I am really skinny and I am trying to gain weight. I know the key is to eat a lot and do exercise, but is really difficult for me. I have depression and anxiety and eating or doing exercise are difficult tasks for me to do. I paid someone to train me (coach online), but the exercise are too much for me and difficult. Do you guys thinks if I only do push ups, normal squats, use some weight (5pound and 8 for now), and some simple abs exercise will I see any progress? Can you recommend me how many rounds I can do? Thanks
