  • Storage: Store the leftovers from these Keto Barbecue Pulled Pork Sandwiches in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. I recommend storing each component separately.

Can the barbecue pulled pork be made in the Instant Pot?

Yes, you can cook this in an electric pressure cooker for 40 minutes on the pressure cook setting and then do a slow natural release. Sauce it and you are good to go!

Can the buns be made ahead of time and frozen?

Yes, absolutely! In fact, when I make the buns, I always make a double batch and freeze half for later. I remove them from the freezer and let them thaw on the counter before using.

Description

This is a recipe comprised of recipes, but I couldn’t help myself. They complement each other so well that I would be doing you a great disservice if I didn’t show you how to put them together into one harmonious symphony of flavor. The sandwich is a little higher in total carbs than most of the recipes on this site, but at only 8.5 net grams of carbs, it is definitely worth the splurge.
