M 130 5’11” want to be 160. Starting to workout and eat at least 3000 calories a day and slowly increase. I drink whey protein but have heard better things about mass gainer (temporarily).
My question is what’s the best mass gainer and how has it helped y’all ? I understand they’re not necessarily healthy but my job keeps me on my feet constantly and what I’m doing not just isn’t cutting it. I burn too many calories and need an extra boost. Hope y’all can help thanks.
