Im in search for some good information about bulking. I currently weigh 138 (63kg) pounds and Im 6 feet (185cm) tall. I’ve been skinny my whole life and want to change it. A few months back I managed to get my body weight up to 152 pounds (69kg) and then had a lot of s*it happen in my life and I lost weight drastically.
I have tried bulking shakes before but they didn’t work that much because I have a bad eating habit (3 times a day). And my meals don’t consist of many calories.
Is there any advice you guys can give me on how can I improve my eating habbits and what could be potential good snacks to eat to up my calories. And how many times a day should I eat to put on some mass.
