Chocolate Pumpkin Crunch Recipe – Sugar Free/ Vegan/ GF

I’ve had people asking me for some sugar free treat recipes so I’ve created some yummy treats that are 100% sugar free. NO fruit – NO low carb sweeteners – NO stevia .

Chocolate Pumpkin Crunch



Honestly I didn’t know what to call it, lol. It’s crunchy AND it’s creamy and it’s got chocolate – and it’s delicious! You won’t miss the sugar here.

I guess we could also call it a Crunchy Chocolate Pumpkin Cookie.

What’s the secret?

I used a rice thin to get that crispy centre without any sugar or gluten. Then I topped it with a thick layer of cinnamon pumpkin cream and dipped it in 100% chocolate – of course you can use sweetened chocolate if you like! Personally I think it is best with 70% chocolate. I have made it both ways.

Chocolate Pumpkin Crunch

Crunchy base topped with pumpkin cinnamon cream, all covered in chocolate. It’s 100% SUGAR FREE, vegan, gluten free and it makes a wonderful treat/snack. If you want the filling to be sweeter, add 1 DROP of stevia. See my recipe video on Instagram HERE.

Servings 1

  • 3 1/2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp melted coconut butter
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 rice thin
  • 2/3 cup 100% chocolate chips (sugar free version) or chocolate of choice
