Been following a YouTuber's advice on bulking to gain some more size. I started making their "gainer shake" every morning.
I won't go through every single ingredient but once I added it up in MyFitnessPal it said the whole shake had 80g of protein in it… (including all the greek yogurt, peanut butter, 2 scoops of protein, etc.)
This just feels like a LOT of protein to have in one sitting… I'm still new to this but curious to know if it's too much or I'm just bugging out?
