Don’t have a before picture but at the start of summer I was 110 and I’m now 122. I seem to have a hit a plateau as this month I can’t seem to get over 124. I think it’s impossible for my body to gain any fat so I work for muscle. What else can I do to gain muscle mass? Certain exercises?
