Fiona Falkiner has revealed she can’t fit into her favourite jeans any more and we wanted to let Fiona know this is TOTALLY NORMAL and not to stress!
This week, the former Biggest Loser host, 38, shared a selfie to Instagram while squeezing into the blue denim.
Fiona captioned the image, ‘Thought I was size 18 but I guess not,’
It can be so hard when you have had a baby and have to get used to a changed body but it is TOTALLY normal and nothing to be concerned about.
Our bodies do AMAZING things when we create a baby and every mum should feel insanely proud of what they have done in creating life and giving birth and not feel bad that their body has changed or rush into bouncing back.
Fiona had her first baby in March and we are so happy that she has decided to use The Healthy Mummy to regain her health, strength, energy and body confidence and we are huge advocates of taking care of yourself post birth and not putting pressure on yourself – the focus needs to be on your baby, you and your mental health.
Family: It comes after Fiona said she’s ‘keen to get healthy, fit and strong again’ after giving birth to son Hunter in March.
Fiona said: ‘I am so keen to get healthy, fit and strong again after a tough IVF journey and pregnancy, even now more than ever for my beautiful baby and fiancée and for our wedding in October.’
‘I’m not rushing back into weight loss right now; I’m all about being healthy, energised and feeling back in control. I’m excited for this next chapter of becoming a Healthy Mummy!’
The Healthy Mummy app provides delicious recipes and home video workouts such as boxing, dance cardio and HIIT.
Fighting fit: ‘I am so keen to get healthy, fit and strong again after a tough IVF journey and pregnancy, even now more than ever for my beautiful baby and fiancée and for our wedding in October,’ she said
