A playful collection of nail art hailing from Bondi puts the pain of the DIY manicure behind us.
Forget everything you think you know about nail art. Age brackets, gender stereotypes, DIY skills. It’s all out the window. There’s a new curated nail collection on the scene and it’s here to pep up your lockdown mani.
Born in Sydney, Flowerbed are 2021’s answer to at-home nail art. Showing up as stickers, they’re vegan, cruelty free and gender-neutral. Not just for Gen-Z or millennials though, the collection gives everyone the freedom to have fun (and in the current climate, that’s exactly what we need).
Lasting up to two weeks, you just peel, stick and swipe with clear topcoat. Launch Party Collection Drop 001, $15 at Flowerbed comes with 110 stickers to use on fingers and toes.
Flowerbed’s first drop is in collaboration with AfterHours, you’ll find smiley faces, chillies and cherries – a taste of 90s nostalgia for all genders. Each collection will be a collaborative effort with artists, musicians and trends.
Here’s to modern nail art that’s inclusive, easy to use and super affordable.
