I love this guy, I honestly believe he’s cracked it, he is practising what I think is the only sustainable way of losing weight for life. If you don’t change your habits, you will go back eventually to where you were before, so change them slowly and sustainably. Keep track of your progress, adjust and learn. Consistency and a long term view. Mistakes don’t matter, just uses them as a learning point to see what works for you rather than an excuse for why you can’t lose weight.
