I currently have no appetite and getting about 1200 average a day and I need at least 2500. I hate it, I need to gain weight but don’t have much money and also I don’t have much of an appetite. I have mass gainer and can get 600 calories out of them but it makes me chest burn and feel heavy and horrible and makes my heart rate faster. (Maybe because subconsciously I know they aren’t great for you) any advice would be great.
