Renae Brennan has achieved huge success with the help of the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.
The gorgeous mum has lost an incredible 47kg in just nine months and she’s also toned up her stomach.

Renae was fed up with feeling lethargic and sluggish and determined to make some changes so she could turn her life around. That change proved to be joining the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.
“At the start I was addicted to standing on the scales. But I’ve got to a point where I thought, ‘nope I can’t keep doing that’ because I did get down with my weight not moving,” she says.
“But it’s not all about the kilos it’s also centimetres. I have lost well over 200cm around my tummy. I’ve gone down from a size 22 to a 14/12.”
After having her daughter, Renae experienced some bad anxiety which led to bad food choices and weight gain. A trip to the doctor, where she was weighed, was the day that it hit home she needed to make some changes.
“I also struggled to run around after my daughter,” she says. “The weight loss has really helped with my mental health. I’m not so anxious about my body like I used to be.
“I can actually walk without huffing and puffing like I was before.”
The beautiful mama started off walking but now she’s started going to a gym and follows the dance routines on the app.

In fact, Renae says the secret to her success is to follow the app closely and stick to the calories. She’s also drinking three litres of water a day.
Renae says “I’ve noticed that it’s easy to repeat on the Healthy Mummy because the meals are so yummy. And the smoothies are as well!”
Renae works out for 30 minutes a day and enjoys all the workouts from the app.
