For a little context: I’m 6’1, 151lbs. I like food, but I cannot eat enough to reach caloric surplus. And if I do manage to somehow reach caloric surplus, It’s disgusting getting there. I supplement mass gainer of course, but even then. Reaching 4000 calories a day is just damn near impossible. I kill it in the gym. I’ve been working out for 6 months, consistently and intensely, progressively over loading over time and going with an upper/lower split. I weighed 143 when I started so I’ve only gained 8 pounds in that time, however I reached 151 about a month and a half ago and haven’t gained since then. I look good, but i’m just skinny and cut with pretty great muscle definition. I simply can’t force myself to eat that much because it makes me begin to hate food. That’s why I haven’t gained any weight since late September. I ruined my relationship with food by having to try to consume that much. Any suggestions or tips?
