I’m an 18F and I’ve been around the same height (5’3”) and weight (114-122lbs) since middle school. Recently I’ve gone from being about 118lbs to 110lbs and I’m really not happy about it. I’d really like to gain at least 10lbs bc I’m happier with how I look when I’m not skeleton skinny. I don’t really know how or why I lost so much weight so fast I eat regularly and I honestly don’t eat that great lots of junk food and fast food…I don’t know if this is a factor in why I’m losing weight so rapidly but I am a regular smoker and social drinker.
If anyone has any tips I would really appreciate it I’m honestly open to trying anything 🙂
