I struggled all my life with eating. Not necessarily anorexia but I for sure have some kind of eating disorder. I love food and 90% of times I have a good relationship with it. But in times of heavy stress or sadness I stop eating and lose all the motivation to prepare meals. I stop also craving food and no matter what I cook/order I wouldn’t want to eat it and leave half of it.
Recently I discovered that keeping greek yoghurt in my fridge helps in these times. I would just eat a small bowl whenever I feel hungry or like I didn’t eat enough.
Do you have any suggestions for foods that could serve this purpose? Thank you!
