I want to gain weight but don’t have the discipline to do so

As the title says, I’m 14, and 5’7 or 5’8 and weigh 101 pounds. I’m pretty underweight and skinny too (a little bit of muscle but not much.) I desperately want to gain weight for soccer but anytime I try I don’t have enough discipline. Are there any tips and tricks I can know to building discipline or is it just something that takes time to learn. Thank you
