I’m 25, 6ft, and my weight fluctuates between 107-110lbs. I’d like to gain a significant bit of weight to reach a healthy BMI + not look like I’m literally swimming in my clothes. What would be a good target for me, and how might I achieve it without forcing myself to eat copious amounts of food?
