I’m a 20F and I can’t gain weight

I used to be a competitive swimmer and when I was at peak muscle mass, I think the most I ever weighed was about 120, so I’ve always been on the small side. I’ve been out of the water since I was 17, but my eating habits never changed until I got to college, and then I was rationing leftovers and eating way more unhealthily (like, I always had had Chickfila like once a week before but in college I was having it 2-3 times a week and once 5 times in one week). Anyways, I’m now at 109, and I’m starting to get worried. I admit that my diet isn’t the best, but I’m a picky eater, and that’s why. I also (probably) have undiagnosed IBS and my parents think this is a problem that can be resolved on its own. I’ve tried weight gain before in high school but it just leads to me overeating and feeling so uncomfortable that I eat less.

Are there any particular home workouts I could do that could help me gain some muscle mass and a little weight + which healthy foods should I add to my diet? I need recommendations because I’ve mostly eaten junk food and the only fruit I like is grapes and I’m a little more set on vegetables. Would fruit smoothies be okay, provided I don’t add artificial sweetener?
