I’m conflicted.

I've been actively trying to workout and gain weight over the past year. I was around 90 pounds today in 2019, and have gotten to around 120. I feel like I look decently fit, as while I can't gain mass very fast, all of my weight is muscle.

But recently some people have been saying how they think I'm 100 pounds or less and it's making me second guess myself. Why is that it's so much easier to listen to the negative comments than the positives?
