Is it ok to eat unhealthy food and cut them after gaining the desired weight?

I was wondering if eating junk and unhealthy food would make me gain weight faster since eating healthy did not make me gain much. I gained only 3kg after 4 months by eating healthy stuff. I can no longer stuff food in my stomach because I struggled a lot. So if I keep eating food like chocolate donuts cola burgers mainly high sugar food and then cut them after I gain weight would advise me to do so????
