Hi r/weightgain! I'm 14, female, 161 cm and I weigh around 38.8 kilos (that's what it was the last time I checked)
I'm very skinny and bony on my arms and legs and pretty much everywhere except my stomach. Personally I think it looks huge, although according to measurements it isn't, so well I'm not really sure. But yeah I desperately need to gain weight but I don't know how. I'm kind of picky and don't like eating small snacks in between my meals a lot, I've tried it but it just makes me feel constantly bloated so I really prefer bigger meals. I'm also scared that if I gain weight it will all just go to my stomach and not the places I want it to, does anyone have any tips? I can't really work out as it's winter here and too cold to bike, you have to be 15 to go to the gyms here and also I have asthma so it's not great lol. Does anyone have any tips?
