M20/ 6’1″/ 176 to187lbs/ I always was skinnyfat and was very uncomfortable with my Body, but 4 months ago i decided to change it, i’ve trained 4 Times a week and slowly gained weight. it’s still a long way to go but i think it slowly works. Im feeling so much better now.
