If I’m not wrong, bulking is when you become fat etc and then you cut it to build muscle. I’m skinny and weak. Building muscle is hard. If you work super hard and eat a proper diet you can 5-10kg a year. Ideally speaking I’d like to gain 20KG. Should I try my hardest to gain 20KG in minimal months. Then I’ll become fat, but I’ll gain strength and my stamina will go worse.
Cutting would be to get rid of the fat which would get rid of the weight and turn it into muscle.
