Mish’s Story

Before the pandemic the Brisbane based Mum had joined The Healthy Mummy’s 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge and had lost 27 kilos, reaching her goal weight of 69kg.

But when lockdown was announced in April last year, Mish admits she started making poor food choices.

I was dealing with home schooling and the uncertainty of what was happening around me caused me to eat my emotions,” she says.

Last year had been a tough one for various reasons and I fell into a deep depression. But I woke up one morning and said, ‘that’s enough, my kids need me’.  I jumped straight back into The Healthy Mummy program for my second journey.”
