19 yr old female (5’3) i have noticed everytime i make my calorie intake high my body gains weight and its a subtle change, then it stops gaining. its just the same weight afterwards.
my calorie intake is 3k cals daily, gained weight a little at the start and now im seeing NO difference.
im quarantined and have no exercise, its disappointing how im eating 3k cals and now it just stopped working. where are all those calories going?
its been a month. if i wait and keep eating 3k cals daily will i see more change? or am i supposed to get more calorie intake? im eating all day to reach my 3k cals goal, this whole thing is a mess its hard reaching more than 3k
