I’m 18F, 5ft 5 and all my life I have never weighed over 112 pounds (8 stone/50.8kg). I’ve got a fast metabolism which would make it harder for me to gain but i would really appreciate some tips on foods that would help me gain! I have protein shakes, but can’t go to the gym as all of them are closed until December. However i do have resistance bands, a treadmill and weights!
I’m not allergic to anything!
If this helps, I work in fast food which requires me to be on the move 24/7, but at the same time I always eat chicken burgers, fries, etc
