I am 23M 1.71 around 60kgs. I have been in caloric surplus diet but at times, I don't feel motivated to complete my calories or feel hungry. I will be your accountability partner and you can be my partner. My current diet is hitting 2400 calories per day with atleast 90-100gms of protein which I lag many days.
We don't need to talk more, just one text a day asking whether I worked out and completed my macros. If you know about workouts/calisthenics it's even better, you can rate my workout plan too. I am just doing some home workouts and hopefully join a gym after Covid subsides.
