Warm-up
Skip for 3 minutes or slow jog
Workout
1. Walk out push-ups
As many as you can in 40 seconds
2. Squat Jumps
As many as you can in 40 seconds
3. High knee jog
As fast as you can for 40 seconds
4. Burpees
As many as you can in 40 seconds
Then, rest for 40 seconds
Repeat for 5 rounds
Cooldown
Skip for 3 minutes or jog for 3 minutes
