Hello! Just wanted to ask if making high calorie drinks through mixing those powdered oatmilk/multigrain beverages and/or nut powders (sold in cans) and drinking them everyday is sort of a healthy way to gain weight?
I’m 23F Asian so these are accessible at my country’s grocery store (not sure if overseas have them)
