Did you know that your body contains 10 times more bacterial cells than human cells? The inner world of bacteria in your body is known as “your microbiome.”

It may sound a little bit creepy, or like a weird science fiction book, but it is actually fact!

These trillions of microbes and their communities are the manufacturers and managers of how you feel, look, and think.

Every day researchers are learning more about just how much your microbiome regulates nearly every system of your body.

Most of your immune system is found in this intelligent bacterial ecosystem, and everything from the common cold and flu to acne and skin health, to cardiovascular disease and heart health, is impacted by the delicate balance of these intestinal microflora maintaining the proper ratios.

A healthy person’s digestive system will have about 80% good bacteria and 20% bad. If these numbers get out of whack even a little bit, and the balances tip to evil vs. good 🙂 then, sickness will inevitably follow.

It is just how God created the human body to function. Everything from the sniffles to cancer comes back to this ratio maintaining proper balance.

Common digestive disorders like acid reflux, heartburn, candida overgrowth, leaky gut, ulcers, Crohn’s disease, IBS, ulcerative colitis, diverticulitis, and MANY more immune system related disorders are now considered “normal” in our society today, but they can all be traced back to this one culprit, a digestive system where the bad guys are triumphing over the good!

But it doesn’t have to be this way. God made our bodies to function in amazing health when our digestive systems and bacterial systems are in the proper balance.

When I was so very sick at the age of 19, I had an ulcer and also a debilitating case of IBS, and likely would have developed a disease like Crohn’s disease, had I not changed my diet so drastically and so quickly.

I would highly recommend this book to anyone suffering from literally any type of digestive problem.

I have known many with similar or worse digestive issues than I had, and this book has helped every single one of them that have implemented the protocol.
