I’m a 183cm height and my weight is 85 my body fat around 25% and muscles are 36% but the issue is that I’m a skinny fat body type like my arms and legs are too skinny but once I take off my shirt boom I got fat lower belly and love handles
Tbh honest I was confused to bulk and gain weight then cut off the fat and if I decided to cut then I will become more slim and skinny and I know my self that’s why I will be using Pro gainer Proten to bulk even tho it has 650cal and 60g per scoop because I connot complete my daily protein limit around 187 from food
I need your advise guys
