What’s up guys need some advice. Recently I have decided that I am going to take my physical health much more seriously as it is startling to mess with my mental health. I am a fairly athletic body type, I played sports through high school and a little club in college. My problem is my weight, I have always been skinny af. My senior year when I was captain of my lacrosse team I was 6 foot 2 and weighed probably 140 at most. (I was a fast as fuck) I have always been self conscious about my weight and really want to put on 20-30 pounds. I’m now a junior in college and on a budget so any cheap meal ideas or work out routines are greatly appreciated.
