I started off at 129-130 lbs and im currently 5'8" 146lbs. I would like to get to around 150-160lbs but for the past couple months ive been training really hard and eating till im sick, but I cant manage to push past 146lbs and my lifts havent been improving either despite pushing myself to the limits each workout. Whats going on? And suggestions?
