Sugar Free 5-Ingredient Keto Chocolate Cheesecake Fluff

Just 5 ingredients and 5 minutes to make this low-carb, Sugar-Free Keto Cheesecake Fluff. One of the easiest keto desserts you can make and satisfies your chocolate cravings every time!

Keto cheesecake fluff is a very simple recipe that takes minutes to make and is perfect for a quick keto dessert after dinner for very little carbs.Typical keto cheesecake fluff is made with just 3 ingredients; your low carb sweetener of choice, heavy whipping cream and cream cheese.

The traditional 3 ingredients takes on more of a vanilla cheesecake flavor,  but it is easily customizable to change flavors as you prefer.

Today our recipe takes it up a notch for those who love cheesecake, but also love chocolate! Chocolate keto cheesecake fluff is light in texture, with a fluffy, smooth and creamy mouth feel.

One bite is heavenly and you will feel like your cheating on your keto diet, but you are not! Just 4 net carbs for this ultra creamy chocolate cheesecake fluff!

Place the cream cheese, vanilla extract, powdered sweetener, cocoa and optional salt (but recommended) in a mixing bowl. (Adding a tiny pinch of pink Himalayan salt or flaked sea salt is always a winner with chocolate as it enhances the chocolate flavor.  If you love things super chocolatey you can add a touch more cocoa.)

Whip using an electric whisk until smooth.

In a clean mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream using a clean electric whisk until just under stiff peaks. It should be fluid, but thick.

Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mix with a spatula until combined. Taste and adjust sweetener and cacao to taste.

Spoon or pipe into small serving jars or bowls. Option to serve with a little grated dark chocolate for a pretty presentation.

One of our newer favorite low carb sweeteners that doesn’t leave an aftertaste, is Better than Sugar by Sweetleaf. They have a confectioners powdered sweetener and they also have a granulated option. It’s a combination of erythritol and stevia and has plenty of sweetness as sugar would provide.

Swerve confectioners sweetener is also low carb, but doesn’t have as much sweetness and you may need to use a bit more to get this as sweet as you like.  Allulose would be another option, but again it isn’t as sweet as using the Better than Sugar sweetener. Allulose comes in a liquid, and granulated form.

If you don’t have any tree nut allergies there are many vegan cream cheeses in many markets today. Just use caution as most of them use cashews or almonds as the base. You could also swap canned coconut cream to replace the cream cheese and heavy cream in this keto cheesecake fluff recipe.

Recipe Notes: Use a good quality cream cheese and make sure it’s full-fat. I like Philadelphia. Cheaper, thinner cream cheeses may alter the consistency of the cheesecake fluff.
