Will you be my keto valentine?
Valentine’s Day last year marks the day I dove into the deep end for a “cheat day” and ended up having a cheat month. And then another month, and another month. This year I’m taking it easy and I don’t really want or need an excuse to “cheat” when I’m doing so well on keto. And honestly, for the first time ever, I don’t really have any desire to cheat!
And so I put together this super low carb Valentine’s day recipes post for the rest of you out there skipping this traditional cheat day. I’m not all about fake sugars and almond flour bakery items because they tend to be really high carb, so here are the cleanest low carb treats you can make (except one truffle recipe that uses swerve – just in case you do want to sorta-cheat!)
