Sustainable weight gain

Hi everyone, So a few months ago I was gaining weight just fine, going to the gym (open in my area, only had 1 or 2 cases of covid) and was able to maintain 150 pounds.

I've stopped going to the gym (because we had an outbreak of covid), started eating way more fast food and have a job where I sit all day. But I lost 10 pounds and can't seem to gain it back

Any suggestions?
