Now let’s make delicious healthy waffles!

I made these waffles few times to get them just right. Not only are they healthy and delicious, they’re crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Plus you can make extra and just heat them up when you want the leftovers.
Why else are these waffles great?
- Gluten-Free
- Grain- Free
- Dairy-Free
- Nut-Free
- Easy to make
- Leftovers keep in the fridge for up to 4 days or in the freezer for weeks (probably months).
