We’re often asked to share our favorite recipe from the cookbook. But that’s like asking us to pick a favorite child…it’s impossible. Instead of sharing “favorites”, we thought it would be fun to share a recipe glimpse from each chapter.

There are a total of 75 recipes in the cookbook, all geared towards helping you create a more Mediterranean diet in your own home. We also share some tips and suggestions on how to get started.
