Glad I found myself here. Been on and off about gym and weight game for about 4 years now, but I’m sick of not being 100% happy with my body and am now more motivated than ever to do something about it.
6’2, 154 pounds. Looking to gain weight in both muscle and fat but more than anything wanting to build muscle and get some definition. Working 4-6 days a week, but will be able to fit in gym sessions at least 3 days, maybe 4 if I’m lucky. Please share your experiences and your advice, looking for people who have been in my shoes to help get me started. Thanks so much in advance
