Does anyone have any tips on how to gain weight, aside from the obvious advice. I feel like my depression & anxiety cause me to never hungry. I can literally go all day with eating just a medium hazle but iced coffee from Dunkin and I’ll be good for the rest of the day. I am a 5’5 120 lbs female & I am trying to make 135 my weight goal.! I already try to take a GNC protein shake that contains 1340 calories per cup but my anxiety makes it to where I can’t even eat that 🙁
