Tips/tricks/ideas?

Hi! 20F, 167cm, 47kg (often fluctuates between 47kg and 49kg). I’ve been wanting to gain weight for as long as I can remember, and I’m also currently talking to a nutritionist in order to work out how to eat healthier. Ideally, I’d like to get to 55kg. I feel like I have a few issues that are stopping me from gaining weight:

1) I’m a super fussy eater – I hate common foods like cheese and eggs, and I don’t eat any fat on meat. I basically just stick to avocado and bacon on toast, instant ramen, tuna and crackers, sushi and takeaway like McDonald’s. I’ve also just bought whey protein at the advice of the nutritionist but I find the protein shakes taste pretty bad :/

2) I get full very easily. I also have anxiety and when I get full I start to worry I’ll throw up, so I struggle to push through that feeling.

3) I don’t exercise at all, and I know I should start doing weight-based stuff, but I’m currently pretty busy at work with Christmas coming up and I’m often tired/lack energy/have little motivation.

Does anyone have any tips or ideas on some other things I can do to gain weight? I’m so sick of being the skinny girl, I just want to look and feel healthy!!
