Hi! I'm currently trying to gain weight and I was wondering if you guys have any advice or tips. I'm 19 years old, 5'2 and weight about 103lbs. My goal weight is 110-115lbs. Also I know that some people suggest doing light weight training to get a more defined body but I don't have access to any of that, so any tips on working out while trying to gain weight will also be much appreciated!
