I have been a skinny guy whole my life. I am in mid-30s now and stil struggling to gain proper weight. Now with work and family routine, it has become almost impossible for me to put efforts in this direction. My job required me to sit for most part of the day. Lack of activity makes me eat less too. I have reading about mass gainers from some time now. I guess my question is – can someone like me who doesnt have much of a physical activity in normal routine take mass gainer?. Will mass gainer be helpful in compensating my calorie deficiency?? Also if you guys can suggest a good mass gainer based on ur personal experience, tht wll be super helpful
