Due to my depression I have a loss of appetite which is resulting in weight loss, which is bad for me, I don’t want to lose weight. I am very petite, 5’1. I don’t know my weight currently but I used to be a size 10 and have gone down to a size 8. I’m hoping to get back up to my size 10 again. Any advice what I can do and eat around my loss of appetite? I can’t gym due to Covid.
