Hi, I'm 14 years old male, 1.8 meters, and I weigh 60 kilos. I want to start gaining weight and muscle but I'm wondering if 14 is too young? My dad advised me to start bulking up at around 16 but I want to start earlier, should I?
I also exercise a lot and my strength increased impressively but it's disappointing and kind of depressing to not see any significant muscle grow. 🙁
