I'm 160cm (5'2") tall and I've always been skinny but I have lost 5kg (11lbs) this month and I'm a bit concerned. I used to weight around 43kg (94'7 lbs) but since I started university I have dropped to 38kg (83'7 lbs)
My family doesn't like cooking very much so I have never learnt how to eat well. I started living alone this month and I'm struggling to create a good menu to follow. My biggest problem is grocery shopping because I end up buying wathever. Because of that, I don't feed myself well enough and a lot of the food ends up expiring.
I would really apreciate it if you could send me good meal plans to regain back my weight.
